Orders & Changes

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

A: Please email contact@annepretaporter.com within a few minutes of placing your order and include your order number. If your order hasn’t shipped, we can update the shipping address (same country only) or cancel it. Once processed, we can’t add or remove items; you may place a new order or return unwanted items for a refund. 


Shipping

Q: Do you ship worldwide?

A: Yes. We offer complimentary worldwide shipping. A confirmation email with tracking details is sent once your order is picked up by the courier. 

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: Ready-to-ship items usually arrive in 2–7 days. Pre-order items show an estimated ship date on the product page and order confirmation. 

Q: Are duties and taxes included?

A: Yes. All duties and taxes are included in the checkout price; no extra payment is required on delivery. 

Q: What if I miss delivery or my package is lost?

A: Please track your package and contact contact@annepretaporter.com if you won’t be available or if a delivered package cannot be located. Refused deliveries aren’t refunded unless you contact us first. 


Returns & Exchanges  

Q: What is your return window?

A: We offer free exchanges and returns within 14 days of delivery. 

Q: What are the conditions for a return?

A: Items must be in the same condition received—unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in original packaging—and include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Q: How do I start a return?

A: Email contact@annepretaporter.com to request approval. Returns must be shipped to:

We will email a prepaid return label and instructions. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Q: Are any items non-returnable?

A: Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Q: How are exchanges handled?

A: For the fastest service, return the item and place a new order for the desired piece once your return is accepted.

Q: What about EU customers?

A: Customers receiving goods in the European Union may cancel or return an order within 14 days for any reason, as long as the item meets the return conditions.

Q: When will I get my refund?

A: After we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days; bank processing can add a few days. If more than 15 business days pass after approval, contact contact@annepretaporter.com.

Q: Which payment methods do you accept?

A: Debit/Credit Card, AMEX, PayPal, Apple Pay, and wire transfer. Cards are charged only when your order ships. 

Q: Can I pay in different currencies?

A: Yes, select your preferred currency before adding items to your cart. Your bank may apply international fees. 


Product Care

Q: How should I care for my garment?

A: Use a properly sized hanger, store in a garment bag for travel, and consider professional cleaning. To iron, cover with a cotton cloth and use the lowest heat. Gently wipe embellishments with a soft, dry cloth after each wear and avoid harsh chemicals.
